Born in Elampillai, a small village near Salem, Mr. Shanmugam’s early life was marked by challenges that would later forge his strength and vision. Losing his father at the age of two, he grew up with resilience as his greatest asset and ambition as his guiding light.

With an unwavering commitment to education and self-belief, he earned a coveted seat in the prestigious Government College of Technology (GCT), Coimbatore, where he completed his B.E. in Civil Engineering in 1997 on merit. His academic achievements became the foundation for a career built on integrity, innovation, and deep respect for the craft of building and development.
